Batch 39

Brewers Notes

Second batch using new grinder, Ditting KFA1403 and a reworked filter system. Our total yield was right on target, with runoff through filter media coming through at our calculated rate. Much like B38, B39 is a much cleaner product in the bottle, while still maintaining body and oil content due to all filtering being stainless. This batch is bursting with almond butter, pecan, roast, and caramel notes. A perfect pairing with B38’s yellow fruit complexity.

Origins

Grown around 1500 – 1600 meters at the Kigabah estate in Papua New Guinea. The altitude and rich volcanic soil contribute to a flavor profile that is a beautiful balance of both rich and clear.
