Batch 38

Brewers Notes

First batch using new grinder, Ditting KFA1403 and a reworked filter system. Our total yield was below target, giving us a more concentrated batch, as runoff was slower through filter media. Though in the bottle, the new filter system is providing a much cleaner product, while still maintaining the body and oil content due to all filtering being stainless. In the cup we are getting yellow fruit notes with peach and apricot at the front, and brown sugar leaving the palate with a full and complex body.
