Brewers Notes

First production brewhouse batch, split into two batches of 50lbs and 30 lbs each. Final brew date is set for 12.21.15. If we could have sourced more of this bean, it would have seen 50lbs and 100lbs runs. We are getting molasses, plum and a structured body that lends itself to cocoa and fantastic balance. Everything was dialed in on our fifth and final scaling of our kyoto brewhouse.

Origins

Grown at 1800 meters in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica this coffee comes from Carlos Montero, a family man with inspiring passion and drive to produce great coffees.
