Brewers Notes

Last batch on pre-production rig, and could not ask for better results. Getting butterscotch, mango, and white chocolate in the cup and could not be more proud of the past 6 months with our fourth iteration of our kyoto brewhouse.

Origins

In the eastern Tana Toraja region of the Sulawesi highlands in Indonesia the indigenous Toraja farmers have formed the long standing PT Toarco cooperative that produces this excellently clean and crisp offering.
