Brewers Notes

First batch running through our upgraded Bunn grinder with Ditting burrs, definite tightening of particle distribution. Can go finer without finings being introduced. Tasting notes on this batch are a balance between caramel and lemon with a sweet, enveloping body.

Origins

Grown in the Los Robles region of Costa Rica by the Aguilera Brothers. This is a washed coffee made up of the Villa Sarchi varietal.
